We ship to United States, Alaska, Hawaii and Puerto Rico via USPS Priority Mail® free of charges.
For international orders please contact us first for shipping costs. if not we will add this cost to your invoice.
RETURNS
Our commitment is to offer an excellent product that satisfied your expectations, if not:
Take your new and unused product purchased on lordjimpr.com/lordjimleather.com within 10 days of receipt with its original package and tags and return it to us for refund or exchange. Shipping charges are not refundable.
For any "Free Shipping" items that are returned or exchanged, the customer will be responsible for the amount of shipping incurred by us in the delivery of the product to you. This charge would pertain to any order that is returned or exchanged after shipment. You will be refunded for all less what it cost us to ship it to you, and you will be responsible for any costs incurred for shipping it back to us.
If you are exchanging your merchandise, we will add the appropriate shipping charges to the new order and charge any balance that exceeds your credit to the credit card used on your original order.
For items being sent to our Returns department, please be sure to ship your item by insured, traceable mail. This service is offered by UPS, USPS, and other carriers.
We are not responsible for loss, damage, or theft, so we suggest that you insure your package when you ship it.
